The location of the NFC antenna varies depending on the phone model. On iPhone models, the antenna is located at the top of the phone. Place the NFC antenna area of the phone in the centre of the black lock antenna button. Hold the phone in place for a few seconds.

 

Please note that phone cases or covers may prevent the phone key from working properly. Remove the case or cover and try again.
