Access to the CycloLink website and its user interface (WebApp or APP) is free, although paying users will be duly informed about the different types of accounts offered. The cost, payment method, and other economic aspects of paid services will be detailed in their specific terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property
The texts, drawings, images, photographs and any audiovisual element appearing on the website www.cyclolink.com are the exclusive property of CYCLOLINK or have been the subject of an appropriate assignment of rights by the owners for their use. CYCLOLINK implements the necessary technical and human resources to keep the website operational at all times. However, CYCLOLINK does not guarantee the absence of errors in accessing the website, nor the uninterrupted provision of the service.
End of service, deletion of content
CYCLOLINK reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel at any time the content and services offered via this website.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and any dispute that may arise concerning their application, compliance or interpretation will be submitted, by express acceptance of both parties, to the courts of the city of Laval, Quebec.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of the CycloLink monthly subscription service can be made at any time during the contracted month through your profile. This action cancels the automatic renewal of the service the day after the contract end date, while maintaining the reservation of the assigned space and access to it until the renewal time when the space will be unassigned. No fees are applied for contract cancellation.
In case of automatic payment failure due to insufficient funds, expired card, etc., the contract may be cancelled automatically.
If the user or beneficiary of the reservation does not show up at the parking lot once the reservation has started, he/she will not be able to claim any total or partial refund of the purchase made.
If the cancellation of both services is not properly processed due to technical issues attributable to CycloLink, the company will have to refund this amount.

Use of the Service
The user can access CycloLink parking spaces by contracting them. Each use of the service implies acceptance of the established rules.
The procedure for parking a bicycle in the corresponding parking module is as follows:
The user must access the parking lot by following the recommendations displayed on the parking and bicycle space information sheets.
The bicycle must be identified via the Don Cicleto application, used by CycloLink for lock control.
The user must use the module only to park the bicycle registered in the system.
To register the bicycle, please use the form available on the Don Cicleto app.
It is strictly forbidden to store anything other than the registered bicycle in the parking lot.
The user must park the bicycle and lock it properly with their own lock. In any case, they are responsible for ensuring that the bicycle is properly secured.
Once the use is finished, the user must check the status of the module and inform the service in case of any problem.
The user has the right to use the module according to the type of subscription purchased. If the period is exceeded, the corresponding fees or penalties will apply.
It is prohibited to rent or use for commercial purposes the maps, modules, website or any other element of the CycloLink service.
In the event of force majeure or operational necessity, the company may move the bicycle and will inform the user. The user must cooperate if a move is requested by a supervisor or CycloLink staff.
Communications will be made via the email address provided by the user.
Schedules and Prices
Current timetables and fares are published on the website or applications (WebApp/APP). In the event of exceeding the time limit, CycloLink may remove the bicycle and drop it off at a location provided for this purpose, at the user's expense.
CycloLink reserves the right to modify schedules, station openings and module positions without notice.
The company does not guarantee the availability of places at all times and will not issue refunds in the event of unavailability.
Service Supervision
Supervisors are authorized by the company to monitor parking usage. They may be CycloLink staff or external personnel. The user accepts this supervisory role and agrees to cooperate.
CycloLink staff, its contractors and agents do not have the authority to grant exceptions to these terms.
User Declaration
The user declares to be of legal age and to know the rules in force relating to traffic, the use of bicycles and cohabitation with pedestrians and vehicles.
Damage and Insurance
CycloLink strives to secure parking but is not responsible for monitoring bicycles.
CycloLink has insurance covering liability and theft up to $1,000 per registered bike, provided a claim is filed within 48 hours and the user provides proof of purchase.
User Obligations
The user agrees to:
Use the service with care.
Do not lend or sublet your access.
Park only registered bicycles.
Report any faults to CycloLink.
Use the facilities responsibly.
Return the access card upon request.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Liability for Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with the rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension, as well as financial penalties in accordance with the fee schedule.
Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to:
Lend or rent access to the service.
Parking other items than the registered bicycle.
Modify the installations.
Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission.
Damage or tag CycloLink equipment.
Penalties for Misuse
Overstaying in a free space: $5/day
Overstaying in a reserved space: $10/day
Bicycle removal for non-payment or misuse: $50
Fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
