6. How do I reserve a shelter?
Simply download the CycloLink application, create an account and select a location and time slot for your reservation.
7. Is the CycloLink application free?
Yes, the application is free to download and use. Fees may apply for certain extended reservations.
8. Can I use the shelter without application?
No. For security and access management reasons, the application is required to reserve and open a CycloLink shelter.
9. How long can I reserve a shelter?
Reservations can vary by location, from one hour to several days. Flexible options are available in the application.
10. What should I do if I have a problem opening or closing the shelter?

11. Does CycloLink protect my bike against theft?
Our shelters are designed to be very secure, but we recommend that you use an additional padlock and check your personal insurance coverage.
