The exercise of rights must be carried out by email to info@sheltec.ca or by post to our address.

The data subject, by providing proof of identity (identity card or equivalent).
A duly authorized legal representative, presenting proof of identity and a valid power of attorney.
Our obligations when exercising your rights
We must respond to any request, whether or not it concerns personal data.
If your application is incomplete, we will ask you to correct it.
The response time is one month, extendable by two months in the event of complexity, with notification of the additional time limit.
